A melodramatic story and mystery… In a peaceful neighborhood of the downtown of Seoul Area, a young man commits suicide in a high-priced luxury apartment. Park Byeong-shik, a retired detective, finds out that the dead person is Lee Joon-soo, a fugitive that he had been chasing for years before he left the force. The detective draws clues to solve the mystery of the death. Did Lee Joon-soo really kill himself? What about his beloved Hng Da-ae? Also, Lee was somehow linked to a middle-aged housewife named Yoon Hye-jin. What was the relationship between the two? The drama begins with the events that happened six months before the suicide, and traces back and forth the events of past and present, to reveal the truth of an intricate knot.
